&lt;p&gt;A Mr. Gerald Forthwright, civilian, filed a territorial dispute claiming that a small dog in a bathrobe had been occupying his driveway each morning between 7:15 and 7:45 AM. He described the dog as holding a &amp;ldquo;made-up government title.&amp;rdquo; He reported that when he attempted to address the dog directly, the dog turned and walked away. Mr. Forthwright characterised this as a diplomatic snub. He requested mediation or, at minimum, an explanation.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
