They have not merely returned. They have expanded. New nesting material has been observed on the eastern pillar — a location previously considered within the Conglomerate&rsquo;s secure perimeter. The western pillar, which has been under occupation since spring, now appears to contain a second-generation infrastructure build. The aviators are not visiting. They are settling.
